2. Overview
This website is a static information page. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or social media plugins. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font services.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary data in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL. This processing is necessary to provide and secure the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in stable and secure operation).
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and — where applicable — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (email address, name, content of your message) in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to the conclusion of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Your rights
With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights vis-à-vis us: the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal email to hello@syntropa.ai is sufficient to exercise these rights.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
